Cancellation Policy

All our products & services are customized and made to order. Hence orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel the order the entire order value will still need to be paid.

Return & Refund Policy

In case there is a problem with the product or service received by you we must be notified of the problem through Phone or e-mail (accounts@holosecurity.com) within 72 hours of your receiving the product. Our team will go thorough the same and will authenticate the same within 7 days of receipt of notification. Incase we find there is a problem with the product or service we will replace the same free of cost. Do note our liability is limited only for the replacement of the product and under no conditions Holosecurity Technologies will be liable for any kind of damages or losses arising out of the same. Since we offer customized and made to order products and services we do not offer refunds but only free replacement as per the terms mentioned here. The faulty or damaged goods needs to be shipped back to us to initiate free replacement.
