This scan and authentications results are just an indicating reference for the users and in no way legally binding. The users are advised to use his/her own judgements based on other criteria and not just the scan results. At best the scan results should serve as an indicative guide.
Holosecurity Technologies is in no way responsible for any of the clients products or services. All liability of the same lies with the respective clients.
The data collected may include your name, mobile number, email address, city, date and time of use, geographic location, the authentication result and related performance telemetry data. No additional data will be collected without your consent.
If an end user chooses to provide feedback or report counterfeit product or services, these may be used by Holosecurity Technologies and its customers and licensees for the purposes of providing feedback or a response to the end user.

Scanning data collected by Holosecurity Technologies is shared with the respective client/brand and the usage of the same by the respective brand/client is governed by that particular brand/client's privacy policy and terms.
Holosecurity Technologies uses the data to perform the services advertised and to optimize the user experience, fix errors and improve usability and effectiveness of the service. Holosecurity Technologies may update the use of your data and will ask for your consent to any changes regarding how your data is processed. Holosecurity Technologies operates a secure web portal for its business customers and licensees which shows the information collected of where products with Holosecurity Technologies labels have been scanned and the result of such scans. Holosecurity Technologies may also aggregate the data specified above. The data may be used for the provision of authentication and anti-counterfeiting services and marketing (consumer and business) purposes.
Where required by applicable law, Holosecurity Technologies may be required to share data with government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement authorities. Holosecurity Technologies will share said data in accordance with the GDPR.
The data is stored as long as necessary to provide our service to you in accordance with mandatory law and is in all cases pseudonymised.
